OUR LOVE STORY
How we met
Our paths crossed at St. Joseph’s College, but fate needed to give us one more nudge online. It all truly began in the library, where a casual hello turned into a connection we never expected. From then on, every chapter has been filled with laughter, love, and adventures that bring us to this special day.
Fast forward to
Fast forward through the milestones big and small, from our college days to new adventures, weekend getaways, and the simple routines that became our favorite traditions. We’ve shared laughter, supported each other through challenges, and built countless memories along the way. Every chapter, whether big or small, brought us closer and deepened the bond we share. All of those moments together led us here, setting the stage for the proposal that begins our forever.
The proposal
Julianna had carefully planned a birthday trip to Connecticut; a day at the aquarium followed by dinner at Joseph’s favorite restaurant. What she didn’t know was that Joseph had a surprise of his own in the works. After sailing across the Sound on the Orient Ferry, they wandered through the aquarium until they reached her favorite animal, the beluga whale. With a photographer secretly in place to capture the moment, Joseph asked her to marry him. Her "yes" echoed louder than the water around them. Later that evening, they returned on the Port Jeff Ferry, where another surprise awaited. Their families gathered at the dock to celebrate and join them for dinner. It was a day full of love, surprises, and memories that will last a lifetime.
